• Estimated Shipping Time

To help you plan when to expect your order, you will find an estimated arrival date listed below for each shipping method counting from the shipping day. Our delivery times are estimated and updated daily and are based on current production capacity and queues and also based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. If we need to contact you regarding your order, the delivery time will be delayed until we receive an answer from you.

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an electronic mail from Tuong tailor with a possible tracking number tracking the time the order is handed over to your local dispatcher.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing of receipt.
